          Position Summary:

          Director,
          Quality/Training/Safety

          This
          position is responsible for leading the quality processes to ensure
          first quality products are produced; coordination of the training of
          Operators to develop the skill levels of associates; and overseeing
          the facility safety/environmental
          programs.

          � Develop quality procedures and
          confirm they are carried out.

          � Use Lean principles to develop
          continuous improvement methods to improve product yields.

          � Perform quality audits.

          � Resolve major quality problems. Lead
          the closed loop corrective action processes.

          � Provide direction, coaching and
          leadership to Quality Coordinators in various departments.

          � Working with subject matter experts,
          develop training curriculums for selected positions.

          � Work with department level trainers
          to coordinate the training of associates.

          � Provide leadership for safety
          program.

          � Be a resource to the organization
          for the upgrading of safety processes.

          � Lead a Safety Committee responsible
          for regular safety audits.

          � Investigate accidents and make
          recommendation for improvements/corrective action.

          � Ensure all safety regulations are
          met such as hearing conservation, forklift training, personnel
          protective equipment, emergency response team, MSDS, environmental
          reports, etc.

          Requirements

          * Approximately 5 years of experience in a
          Quality leadership role in manufacturing.
          * Record of success in forming
          internal/external partnerships to achieve goals.
          * Strong ability to plan, organize,
          implement and analyze data and trends to design improvement
          processes.
          * Experience with training of Operators
          and others for skill development.
          * Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
          including performing a significant role in implementing safety
          initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
          * Experience in successfully leading and
          influencing others.
          * Excellent verbal and written
          skills.
          * Good knowledge of lean manufacturing and
          improvement processes.
          * Experience in designing training
          curriculums.
