          Job Summary:

          Provides physical therapy services. Participates in operational and clinical functions of department, hospital and corporation. Complies with laws & regulations of appropriate state and federal agencies and guidelines of JCAHO.

          Requirements:

          Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy

          Experience: No Previous Experience Required

          Number and Type of Employees Supervised: None

          Licensure, Registry or Certification Required: Licensed by SC Board of Physical Therapy Examiners

          Special Training: Demonstrates clinical competency based on patient’s age; Prefer computer competency
