Recruiting Solutions isseeking an experienced recruiter for a professional outsourcingorganization in Columbia, SC. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to thefollowing:
* Responsible forfull cycle, high volume recruiting for a variety of clerical, IT andaccounting related positions.
* Responsible forentering data in HRIS tools for tracking and reporting purposes.
* Conducting thorough needs analysis to ensurequality placements.
* Serve as main point of contact for temporary,contract-to-hire and direct hire employees.
* Prepare andmaintain various reports and documents for management team asrequested.
* Work with all levels ofmanagement to address operational issues and identify opportunitiesto improve efficiencies.
* Represent company atcareer fairs and community/business events.
* Assist with administrativeissues as directed.
* A bachelor'sdegree in HR relevant field preferred, or equivalent combination ofeducating and experience.
* Two+ years recruitingand/or staffing experience.
* Ability tocommunicate effectively both orally and in writing.
* Ability tomaintain confidentially and conduct daily responsibilities with thehighest level of professionalism.
* PC literate in aMS Office environment.
* Ability to thrivein fast paced, high energy, production environment.
