          Description

          Recruiting Solutions is
          seeking an experienced recruiter for a professional outsourcing
          organization in Columbia, SC. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the
          following:

          * Responsible for
          full cycle, high volume recruiting for a variety of clerical, IT and
          accounting related positions.

          * Responsible for
          entering data in HRIS tools for tracking and reporting purposes.

          * Conducting thorough needs analysis to ensure
          quality placements.

          * Serve as main point of contact for temporary,
          contract-to-hire and direct hire employees.

          * Prepare and
          maintain various reports and documents for management team as
          requested.

          * Work with all levels of
          management to address operational issues and identify opportunities
          to improve efficiencies.

          * Represent company at
          career fairs and community/business events.

          * Assist with administrative
          issues as directed.
          Requirements

          Job
          Qualifications

          * A bachelor's
          degree in HR relevant field preferred, or equivalent combination of
          educating and experience.

          * Two+ years recruiting
          and/or staffing experience.

          * Ability to
          communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

          * Ability to
          maintain confidentially and conduct daily responsibilities with the
          highest level of professionalism.

          * PC literate in a
          MS Office environment.

          * Ability to thrive
          in fast paced, high energy, production environment.
