Commercial HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our teams. In NC and SC we operate as Comfort Systems USA - Carolinas (A ColonialWebb Company).

HVAC technicians will perform maintenance and repair operations pertaining to medium sized to large, complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems. Commercial technicians will diagnose causes of equipment breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components.

Candidates must have 5+ years commercial service experience, EPA certification, excellent communication skills, and should possess an HVAC Journeyman’s or Master’s license. Candidates for this position should be well experienced with duct work, electrical, plumbing, change outs, start-up of cooling towers and chillers, and roof top packages up to 100 tons. Candidates are expected to have strong knowledge of current BOCA Code and OSHA safety regulations, strong customer service skills and experience, good organization and administrative skills to maintain customer paperwork/work order material, and must have a clean driving record.
