Job Description
A well known company is looking for a Claims Review Specialist to respond to routine inquiries pertaining to claims or appeals and to Identify incorrectly processed claims and complete adjustments and related reprocessing actions.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
*Good verbal and written communication skills
*Strong customer service skills
*Good spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills
*Basic math proficiency
*Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion
*Basic computer skills: Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
*A minimum of 1 year experience in claims/appeals processing, customer service, or other related support area
