          Job Description

          Kiawah Partners is seeking a seasoned luxury brand strategist to join our team as Director of Marketing. This critical position will serve as Kiawah Partners’ chief marketing and branding strategist, responsible for establishing, developing, and implementing comprehensive, multidisciplinary marketing plans for all Kiawah Partners lines of business includingKiawah Island Real EstateandThe Kiawah Island Clubin Charleston, SC.,The Lodge at Doonbegin County Clare, Ireland, andChristophe Harbouron St. Kitts.

          This position will provide essential guidance and structure to our award-winning creative and account management teams by defining clear objectives and focusing creative energies to produce outstanding work.

          Our ideal candidate is a confident, persuasive leader with a strong background in luxury goods marketing. At least five to seven yearsrecentexperience developing global marketing strategies for luxury brands is essential. Grace under pressure and tactful communication skills are musts.

          Skills/Requirements


          • Extensive experience in luxury brand marketing (at least 7-10 years)

          • A bachelor’s degree or above in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field

          • Recent experience as a Director of Marketing or Brand Strategy Director for luxury brand/s

          • Proven ability to devise and effectively implement successful global marketing strategies targeting high wealth consumers of luxury products, goods and services

          • At least 5 years experience managing and leading marketing team

          • Outstanding leadership skills including the ability to motivate and inspire creativity and original thinking in others

          • A strong working knowledge of the luxury goods market, and extensive industry contacts

          • The ability to analyze and interpret market research and financial data, and articulate key opportunities

          • The ability to work with people, and leverage other resources to achieve goals

          • A solid understanding of emerging technology and trends
