2.1 Force Protection (FP) Resource Management Analysis 2.1.1 Assist the FP
Resource Advisor with budget requirements and training for SF personnel
targeted for deployment to USCENTCOM area of operations. 2.1.2 Assist in
developing Combating Terrorism Readiness Initiative Fund (CbTRIF) funding
requests for consideration and submission. 2.1.3 Assist with the management of
a 100+ million dollar budget and help develop key USAFCENT FP funds Program
Objective Memorandum (POM) initiatives. 2.1.4 Assist with resource and
equipment management in support of USAF personnel and assets deployed to
USCENTCOM area of operations. 2.1.5 Conduct special studies of financial
programs and funding requirements to ensure availability of funds. 2.1.6 Have
standard familiarization with associated financial systems such as FM Suite,
Electronic Document Access (EDA), and Automated Business Services System
(ABSS). 2.1.7 Execute the Commander Resource Integrated System (CRIS) to
accurately develop accounting queries for the purpose of validating accounting
data reported to USAFCENT senior budget analysts. 2.1.8 Demonstrate a working
knowledge of the accounting stages and the flow of documents such as
commitments, obligations, expenditures unpaid, and expenditures paid. 2.1.9
Monitors Open Document Listing (ODL) and provides financial reports depicting
planned expenditure profiles. 2.1.10 Research, compiles, and summarizes data
involving obligations, expenses, and line item information and narrative
information. 2.1.11 Prepare and edit narrative justification for projected
funding need and assures requests are formally and accurately documented in a
variety of unrelated forms, schedules, and reports. 2.1.12 Obtain and provide
information concerning the propriety of using funds for specific purposes by
researching appropriate legal and regulatory guidelines. 2.1.13 Attend
briefings, meetings, and Financial Working Groups as a USAFCENT Force
Protection representative. Attend meetings/conferences within the CONUS in
support of mission needs. 2.1.14 Assist decision making officials in following
recommended course of actions consistent with established budget policies and
objectives. 2.1.15 Conduct special studies of financial programs and funding
requirements to ensure availability of funds. 2.1.16 Provides force protection
orientation and training for distinguished visitors and PCS personnel
traveling to the AOR. 2.1.17 Deploys to the AOR and travels in CONUS as
required. 2.1.18 Position requires a SECRET level security clearance. SECRET
Clearance Experience in Resource Management and Budgeting mandatory Previous
