          * BS/BA Required; Masters preferred

          We are seeking a Senior Reimbursement Analyst for our Financial Support Services. The Senior Reimbursement Analyst is responsible for preparing and filing the annual Medicare/Medicaid cost reports, and on a monthly basis calculating third party contractual adjustments, post related journal entries, prepare net revenue analysis, explain unusual variances between budget and actual, as well as special projects when assigned. The Senior Reimbursement Analyst will also maintain accurate and compliant charge masters for system hospitals, and provide reimbursement training and education to revenue producing departments as required.

          BA or BS in Accounting, Finance or Business Management is required. Must have three years in healthcare reimbursement or healthcare accounting. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communications skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and McKesson STAR.
